止水帷幕挡土作用对拉森钢板桩变形影响研究

摘  要 : 对现有钢板桩基坑支护工程设计中忽视止水帷幕挡土作用的问题 ,  以邯郸市大型地下综合管廊项目为依托 , 建立布置不同参数止水帷幕的拉森钢板桩基坑开挖有限元模型 , 通过对比拉森钢板桩水平位移模拟值与现场实测值验证模型正确性 , 进而对止水帷幕的影响展开参数化分析 , 探究止水帷幕不同弹性模量 、排数、插入比以及止水帷幕与钢板桩距离和拉森钢板桩长度的比值对基坑变形的作用机制 。研究发现 , 在一定范围内 ,随着帷幕弹性模量 、排数 、插入比的增大 , 钢板桩侧向变形逐渐减小 , 超出该范围后变形减小幅度趋于平缓 ;止水帷幕与钢板桩间距离和基坑深度的比值对钢板桩侧向变形影响显著 ,  当比值从 3 : 4 减小到 1 : 2 时 , 钢板桩侧向变形呈现大幅降低 。研究成果可为基坑支护工程的安全性和经济性提供参考。

Abstract :  Aiming at the problem that  the soil-retaining effect of waterproof curtains is ignored in the existing design of steel sheet pile foundation  pit  support  engineering ,  relying  on the large - scale  underground comprehensive pipe gallery project in Handan City , a finite  element  model  of  Larsen  steel  sheet  pile  foundation  pit  excavation  with  waterproof  curtains  of  different parameters is established.  The correctness of the model is verified by comparing the simulated values of horizontal displacement of Larsen steel sheet piles with the field measured values.  Then , a parametric analysis of the influence of waterproof curtains is carried out  to  explore  the mechanism of action of different elastic moduli , numbers of  rows , insertion ratios of waterproof curtains , and the ratio of the distance between waterproof curtains and steel sheet piles to the length of Larsen steel sheet piles on foundation pit deformation.  The study finds that within a certain range , with the increase of the elastic modulus , number of rows , and insertion ratio of the curtain , the lateral deformation of the steel sheet pile gradually decreases , and when exceeding a certain parameter range , the reduction amplitude tends to be gentle ; the ratio of the distance between the waterproof curtain and the steel  sheet pile to the foundation pit depth has a significant impact on the lateral deformation of the steel sheet pile , especially when the ratio decreases  from  3  :  4 to  1 :  2 , the lateral deformation decreases significantly.  The research results can provide a reference for the safety and economy of foundation pit support engineering.
