摘   要:为研究腐蚀环境下钢结构局部点蚀对抗震性能的影响,选择了5 根 H 型 Q235 钢柱并对其不同位置进行了相同程度的点蚀,采用低周反复加载试验,评估不同位置局部点蚀对钢结构抗震性能的影响,并通过数值模拟,分析了点蚀损伤对钢柱的荷载和耗能能力的影响规律。结果表明: 局部点蚀会显著降低钢柱的峰值荷载、刚度以及承载力;纯弯段点蚀对钢柱抗震性能的削弱程度远高于弯剪段点蚀,且右半截面点蚀后钢柱的抗震性能降低程度同样高于下半截面点蚀;针对局部点蚀钢柱提出修复方法,包括表面处理 、补强加固等,为腐蚀环境下钢结构建筑的抗震性能研究提供了借鉴。

Abstract: To investigate the impact of localized pitting corrosion on seismic performance of steel structures in corrosive environments, five H-shaped steel columns were selected and subjected to varying degrees of pitting corrosion at same locations. Based on low cycle repeated loading tests, the influence of localized pitting corrosion at different locations on the seismic performance of steel structures was evaluated, and the impact of pitting damage on the load and energy dissipation capacity of steel columns was analyzed through numerical simulation. The results indicate that local pitting corrosion significantly reduces the peak load, stiffness, and bearing capacity of steel columns. The degree of weakening of seismic performance of steel columns by pure bending section pitting is much higher than that by bending shear section pitting, and the degree of reduction in seismic performance of steel columns after right half section pitting is also higher than that of lower half section pitting. Based on the research results, a repair method for locally corroded steel columns has been proposed, including surface treatment, reinforcement, etc., providing theoretical basis and technical support for the research on the maintenance and repair seismic performance of steel structure buildings in corrosive environments
