基于中欧雪荷载规范的门式刚架加固有限元模型力学性能对比研究

摘   要 :为探究 GB 51022—2015 《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规范》 与 《NF EN  1991 - 1 - 3 :  2004 -  General actions - Snow loads》中雪荷载规范对门式刚架结构的影响,通过规范参数对比及有限元建模 ,选取改变结构体系法和粘钢法加固工程案例建立 Midas Gen 模型,对比验证两种规范下结构应力比、稳定性及挠度等力学 指标。结果表明:《中国规范》 雪荷载计算方法较为简单,两种规范部分参数与屋面积雪分布系数存在一定差异;有限元模型计算结果显示,《中国规范》雪荷载值和力学参数计算结果普遍偏大,尤其在不均匀分布上呈现 更大保守性,而《欧洲规范》计算结果整体偏小。

Abstract: In order to explore the influence of snow load specifications in the "Technical Specification for Steel Structures of Light duty Buildings with Gabled Frames" and "BS EN 1991-1-3:2003" on portal frame structures, this paper selects two reinforcement examples of portal frames located in Fengzhen, Inner Mongolia. The reinforcement design is carried out using the method of changing the structural system and the method of bonding steel, and the mechanical analysis is carried out using the specification parameters. The results indicate that the calculation method for snow load in China is relatively simple, and there are differences between the two standards in terms of uneven distribution of snow load on single span and double span double slope structures, as well as the snow distribution coefficient on the roof area; Using Midas Gen to establish a finite element model, comparing its stress ratio, stability, deflection and other parameters, the calculation results of Chinese standards are generally biased, especially in non-uniform distribution, which appears conservative; The overall result of the European standard calculation is relatively small.
